| 简介说明 | 菜肴品种很多，量虽不大，但很禁吃。因为用料地道，口味自然也地道，酸奶和咖喱一定要尝试下哦。世贸天阶店装潢极具印度风情，黑水晶吊灯，天顶悬着油画，丝绒的沙发坐椅，加上客人大多是老外，犹如置身异乡。成府路店就差了点，门面好斜，好在印度经理总是笑容可掬，有不太了解的dish尽可以咨询一下。 Entering the cozy dining room, tantalizing aromas of fresh naan (RMB 8-16) and marsala spices waft into the dining room from the tandoor clay oven in the smoky kitchen. Run by two chefs from Delhi – one mans the tandoor while the other blends the curry spices – Ganges offers dishes such as lamb tikka (RMB 32), chicken shahi korma (RMB 44) and chana masala (RMB 32). Cool the spice with a refreshing glass of mango lassi (RMB 16) whipped-up from premium Alphonso mango pulp. While the table is set with cutlery for Western-style dining, you would not be out of place eating out of the hand, which, according to the owners, might even increase your dining pleasure. |
